Delivery & Returns

UK Orders:

NO minimum order value to place an order.

Postage is charged depending on the basket contents. The majority of Orders to UK Mainland Postcodes will be dispatched Post Free when spending £30 or more (inc VAT).

Click and Collect is available at both our Southern and Norther shop as well as any exhibitions stands that we are attending. There is never a postage charge for click and collect orders.

EXCEPTIONS

Some of our products, for example aerosols, are excluded from free postage due to shipping restrictions imposed by Royal Mail. The charges applied will be shown in the basket. Typical exceptions are Aerosol Cans, large volumes of flammable liquids such as IPA and other significantly heavy items.

Overseas Orders:

Overseas postage will be charged at cost.

  1. Place your order through the website.
  2. Choose your country of Delivery from the drop down list.
  3. Click submit order.
  4. We will then pick and assemble your order and establish a cost for your postage.
  5. The total price, along with payment methods will then be sent to you by email.
  6. Once the order is paid for, we will send your order.

Where Orders are being delivered outside of the EU, VAT will be removed.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to despatch all orders on the same working day. Our usual Delivery Method is Royal Mail 24. Where possible, we will notify customers in the event of a delayed despatch.

Back Orders

Out of stock items will be placed on back order, unless otherwise instructed.

Returns Policy

Any item can be returned within 30 days of delivery, providing it is in a re-saleable condition and all product seals are unbroken, except in the case of a Special Order when a return may, although not always, be refused.

For any non-faulty product returns, the customer is responsible for the safe delivery to us.

Items returned from overseas should clearly state “Returned Goods – Unsuitable” on the outside wrapper, and where applicable, a CN22 or equivalent Customs Declaration form be completed as failure to do so may incur UK Customs & Excise import duty which will be deducted from any refund. Please contact us if you are unclear about any aspect of our Returns Policy.

We do not accept items with underpaid postage.
