SCATTER MATERIALS FINE GRADE ground latex texture available in a wide variety of colours. Ideal for ground cover and textural applications. All turf and foliage are made from ground and latex rubber which is then coated with a waterproof and colourfast plasticised paint. Apply with diluted PVA glue. Fine grade material for all scales.
