REED SWITCH a range of dry reed switches with rhodium plated contacts for long life. When a magnet or electromagnet is brought near the reed, magnetism is induced which causes the switch to close. When the operating magnet is removed, the springiness of the reed reverses the action. 8 types are available for a wide range of applications. Sold individually.
