SSMP235 Gabion Cage Walling
A very modern feature these days is the use of wire cages filled with ballast or stone, to create “blocks” that are stacked atop each other to form a strong wall. Common everywhere, but especially so around railways, supporting embankments and cuttings where slips may have occurred. This new moulding cleverly replicates both the wire framework and the stones behind. Some careful painting and dry brushing will highlight the various depths. Moulded in grey.
